Dispatch
We aim to dispatch our products on the same day (for orders placed before 4pm) 

Delivery
Delivery costs vary depending on the items you purchase. Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in UK, 3 to 5 in Europe. 5 to 7 for the rest of the world.

Returns
You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not used or damaged.

Sales and import taxes outside UK
(EU, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand)
The prices quoted on our website include UK Sales TAX (VAT) at the current rate of 20%. International orders shipped outside the United Kingdom are NOT subject to this charge. Therefore, this amount will be deducted from your order at checkout, and before payment is taken. 

Make sure to change the country location so that the correct Tax deduction & shipping charges can be applied.

International buyers should be aware that imported items may be subject to import duty, which will be paid at the rate determined by their country. Please check the tariffs & import values with the tax authority in your country. Point Master (uk) Ltd, will not be liable for the payment of these charges.
